Venue Hire in Stone, Staffordshire
The Sanctuary Stone is a Café, Bar and venue that is available to hire for birthday parties, weddings, wakes and other events. Conveniently located at the top of Stone High Street, with ample parking available on Christchurch Way Car Park which is only a couple of minutes’ walk.
The space can comfortably hold 120 people and is available for private hire for 60 people or more. For more intimate events of 60 or less, we can create a private area for you and your guests.
Our Café/Bar is fully licensed, including a full range of speciality coffees & tea, draught beers, cocktails, premium spirits and non-alcoholic soft drinks.
As a family business, we offer an individual experience, with tailored solutions to meet your requirements. We have already successfully held birthday parties, engagement celebrations, wedding anniversary, weddings & wakes for between 20 and 120 people and have received excellent feedback for the venue, organisation, and staff.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you recommend a DJ?
We typically use RMH Entertainment or Dream Entertainment for DJ's. Their prices start from £275. You are equally welcome to bring your own DJ. Alternatively, we have a sound system which you can send a playlist to for £50.
What are the options for Food?
All of our food options are available in our brochure. We recommend grazing tables, Pizza or a live taco station from Food Folks. You are also welcome to bring your own food but there is a £50 charge for tables, table clothes and disposing of the rubbish.
Can I dress the room?
Many guests like to enhance their celebration with room dressing. We can do balloon displays or centre peices for you or you are welcome to bring/arrange your own.
Can I host a themed party?
Yes we love a themed party. We have hosted all sorts of parties, including salsa nights, princess parties, strictly themed parties and casino nights with casino tables.
